I called several companies trying to find an installer for my new water heater. Most would not even give ballpark quote without paying them $70+ first. A couple places did phone quote some outrageous prices. I called Travis Hayâ s Heating & Air, I explained the job and he gave a very reasonable free quote then in 2 days came to do the job. When he unpacked my new water heater it had substantial damage to it. Travis returned it to Home Depot and exchanged it for me. He also made trips for parts to upgrade my old gas and water lines . Travis is a super nice, honest person who goes above and beyond. He is not out to rip people off like most places. I would highly recommend Travis Hays Heating and Air!

We found Travis on Facebook. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Of course it was the hottest day of the year. Our air quit. We called Travis, he was very transparent. He said I'll be there but it may be late. He got to our house at 7 pm or later. He kept us informed of any and all things taking place. He was here late but fixed it. It was after 9 pm on Friday night before he left to go home. Travis could have ignored our call. He didn't have to spend his Friday Eve here. But he did. Call this guy. You won't be sorry.

I called Hays heating and Air to help fix my AC and the Guy named Travis that showed up was super helpful and respectful. He explained everything to me and was very fast with his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Our AC went out right after we listed our house. Terrible luck. We couldn't get anyone in to take a look for days. A friend referred us to Travis Hay. Travis squeezed us in to his schedule for a look. He assessed the situation and gave us his recommendation. We ended up replacing the outdoor AC unit, which Travis was able to do the next business day. What we appreciated most about Travis was how he kept us informed of the problem and our options, worked with us quickly given our circumstances, and did excellent work. Highly recommended!
