Hazell Gutters

Who knew that getting a gutter replaced could be such a joyous experience? Colin Hazell is passionate and knowledgeable about gutters and from the beginning to the end of my project -- to replace a gutter that had fallen off -- he showed professionalism, courtesy, respect -- and joy! He responded to my initial phone message within half an hour. He showed up when he said he would. He pointed out how cheap the original gutter was (it really was!) and the sturdy materials he would use instead. He explained everything he would do with such clarity that I had to compliment him (and as a retired English professor, I know a good explanation!). When, at the end, I noticed a gap between the roof and wall that I had not noticed before, he patched it without charge (and said he'd wanted to when he was up there working with the gutter project but didn't want to do anything he hadn't promised in writing; very professional!) I am so happy to have found an awesome gutter expert who loves and takes pride in his work (and is very reasonably priced as well). I am already planning to have him back to clean the gutters in a few weeks. He's the man!
