The cleaning job was good. However, the cleaner was an hour late. And she took 1.5 hours longer than we were given for an estimate…which cost us more money.

Cleaner was talking on the phone almost the entire time. Impossible to be thorough or efficient doing that. Was here for 3 hours to clean kitchen and two full baths (not whole house, just those rooms). Charged $180. Mediocre results for that amount of time and money. Baseboards need to be done again, scale still in bottom of toilet, toilet seat crevices still dirty. And I haven?t done a thorough inspection yet.

They did not do a good job of cleaning/dusting the end tables. Totally ignored them.
