After Hurricane Helene, we lost nearly 100 feet of creekbank and 60 feet of covered deck, leaving our home’s entire creekside foundation exposed and undercut by the new width of Cattail Creek, in the heavily damaged area of Pensacola, North Carolina. Summerlin Exterior Solutions and Hazy River Earthworks handled this complex restoration with outstanding professionalism and care. Their crews stabilized the site, repaired related interior structural damage, rebuilt and reinforced the creekbank, and reconstructed the deck and cathedral-style roof with precision and skill. Communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish, and the final result far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I are deeply grateful for their craftsmanship, responsiveness, and integrity. It’s been a real pleasure working with both teams, and we recommend them without hesitation.

Absolutely beautiful work! We live on a very active shared driveway which needs constant maintenance to keep it safely drivable. Ben came in with his machines, dumped rock, filled holes, smoothed and scraped the whole thing and even sifted the rock so it would settle better after being driven on. Can not recommend him enough, worth every single penny, wonderful human and fantastic work! I couldn't be more pleased with how nice our driveway turned out. He does more than just driveways too, if youre looking for land work done, hit them up!

Ben did a great job on our shared driveway as well as our driveway. Service was prompt and efficient. He took care of business very quickly. The grader that we had all been using was crushed by a tree so driveway was rough. It's like a new road now. Oh...and the price was very fair. Highly recommend. He's trying to grow and build this business. Well on his way...

Hazy River Earthworks did a fantastic job on our driveway! They re-graded the entire length, cleaned out and reshaped all the ditches so rainwater now flows properly, and added new gravel that completely transformed it into a beautiful, smooth drive. Our driveway is about four-tenths of a mile long, and the results exceeded our expectations. Ben and his brother Wes were a pleasure to work with—clear communicators, reliable about arrival times, respectful of our limited budget, and they finished the job ahead of schedule. Highly recommended for quality work and great people.
