Clothes Washer or Dryer Repair or Service
Our dryer stopped working and we called Harrison Brothers. Michael was there the same afternoon. After examining it he told me that the motor was dead and I would be better off buying a new dryer instead of getting it repaired. I asked him how much I owed for the trip and he said, "Nothing. I don't like to charge people for giving them bad news." I thought he was very good and very professional. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

These guys are absolutely crooks Bad news. We are filing small claims court suit Run from these fraudulent and dishonest people

"his customer refused a warranty and demanded we fix their machine after they broke it again almost a month later, free of charge. Which we intended to do, until Mr.K got rude and belligerent over the phone. We have the right to refuse service to a customer who creates a hostile environment."

Called Michael on a Thursday afternoon about our Kenmore Stove/Oven that stopped working. He made our appointment at our convenience for the next day late Friday afternoon. He showed up on time, analyzed the problem, had the part on hand to fix our appliance and within about 30 minutes we were good to go. He was professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. We will use him for all of our appliance repair needs and will happily recommend them to anyone who needs his services. He's amazing! Thanks Michael
