They gave me an estimate and charged for the call (ok). Then when I hired them for the service they didn't show up. I had to call them to find out they were running late. BUT in the end they didn't show up anyway and didn't call again. Tried another time and they went to my previous address and by the time they called I had another meeting to go to.

The work done by this company would have been OK except for the fact that what is probably a small issue remained at the end of the job. I called several times and the project manager refuses to return my calls. I will have to hire someone else to correct the problem

I would not use them! They over charged us and the work was not done properly. The system is still leaking. For them to come out and look at it they are going to charge us again. I am going elsewhere and will never use them again.

This wa so easy. Shortly after I indicated I need a service I had a call to confirm my appointment. The technician was prompt, quick to complete the service and very polite. I will definitely use Home Advisor again and will let others know about the website.

An unexpected problem with valves caused this simple repair job (2 sprinkler heads) to turn into a very expensive job. Heads Up is more expensive than the company I normally use, so it is unfortunate that it turned into more than a simple repair of 2 sprinkler heads. The Heads Up tech was on time and did a good job and got everything working properly.

It took two trips to complete the job but they returned and repaired the necessary leaks.

Workman was prompt - in fact ahead of schedule He explained what he thought it could be. He quickly found the wiring encased in metal below surface of ground. He replaced wiring It worked perfectly. He help change direction on a couple of sprinkler heads.

Received invoice for work performed after due/past due date. Expect call about payment.

Upgrade to existing sprinkler system + add new sprinkler zones in additional area of lawn. Extreme spring rains in Oklahoma delayed getting this project going, but now we are extremely pleased with the result. Contractor was outstanding from proposal and follow-up, communication throughout, upgrade / installation & cleanup. Work was done in a professional manner by a knowledgeable & hard working crew. We could not be more pleased.
