While the quality of work was great, it was difficult to get confirmation of how many hours were actually being worked and whether we were still on track or not. We were hoping to just get some transparency out of Jim because we were trying to figure out logistically when we could move into our house! We ended up reducing the scope of the project because we didn't have confidence as to WHEN the project would be complete UPDATE: As we have looked further at the work, we have found additional messes that Jim failed to complete and follow up on. There is quite the mess that has been left behind that we have had to clean up that should have been done prior to the job being done (removed tile that was left on property, pieces of wood left at the house that should have been removed.)
