Both Larry and Gabriel were extremely helpful, they assisted us with replacing the current hot spring tub damaged by a tree, gave us info on the salt water tub and walked us through the details. The crew were fantastic they swapped the old tub with the new one really fast. Than spent time walking me through the directions and maintenance. They made sure everything was understood. Spoke with them the next day on a follow up. Great customer service.

I contacted this business about repairs vs replacement of my broken/older Caldera spa. I was given fair estimates for repairs but elected to put that repair budget toward a new spa. Both Gabriel and Jerry were extremely knowledgeable and offered us multiple options within our budget including financing and trade-in allowance. The installation was scheduled for a week later, but I got a call that there was an earlier opening. Install crew was exceptional, they gave me a complete orientation on my new Caldera Martinique and even walked me through initial chemical treatment. While Healthmate was responsive and came out quickly, the repair person did not seem knowledgeable and tore the inner working of our hot tub apart. He did claim to fix it by replacing a pump but the same problem happened later that night. He came back again and then claimed to find a leak but never pinpointed it after tearing out a lot of the insulation. Now the same FLO message is appearing again, there is no heat to the tub and I am out $500.

Had hot tub ready for repairs on changing pump which I supplied. No problem fitting pump back in place. Waited for me to refill tub to test pump and hot tub functions. Very reasonable service charges. Would use and recommend to anyone.
