Jon was very thorough and before he even did the inspection he went over the pros/cons for the quality of air in a household with a lot of great documentation. He then walked me through the house as he was checking for air leakage and did a great job of finding 'problem' areas and also recommendations on how to fix them.

I learned a lot about what affects home air quality. I wish I had this consolation when I first became a homeowner. I couldâ ve saved money on energy bills and been aware a mold problem before it became an issue.

Jon was very patient and methodical in his approach. Before he began, he provided an overview of scope and detailed notes/articles from experts to support the need for each test. He tested the entire house except with the infrared test because it wasn't warm enough outside for that. He returned a couple of days later to do the infrared test and provided a final report with recommendations for improving our house's energy efficiency. He was knowledgeable, meticulous in his work and provided good value for the money.

This was a valuable experience and allowed us to see where our remodeling dollars should be spent first to get the biggest return for the money.

John is incredibly knowledgable and its obvious that he loves what he does. I couldn't recommend his services higher.

Jon found places that needed to be sealed that another company missed. He left me with materials to read regarding energy efficiency. If only I can find someone trustworthy to do what is needed. My only wish is that there might have been equipment to detect and name chemicals that might have been present in my home since I d had vapor issues. Otherwise he was good at answering questions and was someone who I can call on if I have questions or concerns. I appreciated that. Yes, I d recommend him.

John was very helpful and knowledgeable. His main goal was to educate me, not sell me something. We have noticed a big difference just completing the easier DIY tasks he taught me. He taught us a lot about our indoor air quality, he cared about my family as well being and it showed. I highly recommend his services.

It is difficult to find the superlatives to describe our experience on this project. The attention to detail, thoroughness of the results, and quality of the final report is above what was expected for the expense. More important was the knowledge provided during the presentation. Jonâ s presentation of the report provided not only what we had started to project for, but he went well beyond expectations as we discussed details of eventual implementation. He has an obvious passion to assist with not only a fine work product, but a passion to make a difference.

This company is the best. They truly care about the customer and goes ways above what is require. Not only did they conduct the test we needed, but spent extra time explaining all the results. He didn't stop there ... He provided us with so much information, then communicated with our building to rectify our problem and provide a safe and health environment for our family. I agree with all other reviewers that Jon was very professional, friendly, and conscientious. He does a very thorough home energy audit and shows you where you can improve the energy used in your home. I downgraded the value for the money because I was not looking for a home energy audit. I was looking for testing of radon and mold. He did test for carbon monoxide, but my furnace repairman already does that. Apparently, I misunderstood his business. But, if you are looking for a home energy audit, he is the best and doesn't try to sell you anything else. Under "What type of service was performed?" homeadvisor lists "Mold & Asbestos Services". That is NOT what he does.

Jon was very thorough and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing. He gave us a lot of information and samples, and explained exactly how we could fix the problems he found.

He has made my 25 Year old home 25% more efficient than new home built to code.
