John was on time and has a very pleasant and professional demeaner. He started the work immediately and finished in less than an hour.

John came out a few months back to clean our ducts and dryer vents. After just a couple of months, we were having problems with leaking in our dryer vent, so I contacted John. John refused to admit he made a mistake, even when showing him pictures of YEARS of built up lint. It should have been completely clean after a couple of months but we were stuck with a leak because of the bad job done. One month later, I still don't have this issue resolved as John has given me the run around, offering to refund me a measly $29 for the bad mistake. Like I said, a month later...I still have no refund and no apology. Very disappointed in the customer service. This isn't how you treat a customer. What should have happened is an apology and admittance of the mistake and an actual refund for the inconvenience and the money I had to spend to fix it. And maybe follow through on giving the refund instead of giving the run around for 4 entire weeks. Do not recommend.

John was professional and punctual. He explained the job thoroughly and told me exactly what he would be doing in our home. He explained the entire process and how he d complete the job. He got done the job at the time he said he would and was mindful that I was at work and was on a limited time limit. He showed me photos of his work and before and after pictures. There was NO DUST and NO MESS when he completed the job. I was shocked. I had a nightmare with other air duct cleanings but John was great. Highly recommend.

I ve had my vents cleaned previously but never as comprehensively as this. Stay away from the bait and switch Groupon specials and hire John. It may be a few more dollars but absolutely worthwhile. Have already recommended to friends.
