I was very impressed with the attention to detail in my deep clean. They actually removed the screens on my windows to clean the window tracks, as well as the tracks on my sliding glass door. They cleaned my baseboards and switch plates, and a tub that I thought was stained grey forever (my husband is a mechanic) is now sparkling white again! Worth every penny! The cleaners were punctual, polite, and very pleasant to work with.

I enjoyed working with Stephan and his crew. From beginning to end Stephan was very easy and pleasant to work with. Cleaners did a great job. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Your selection of services does not match what was done. I had a spring cleaning and chose maid service for lack of a better option.

I am an Executive Assistant. I found Healthy Happy Homes via HomeAdvisor. I can not express how awful the entire experience was for me and my boss. These two men, I believe were a father and son. They clearly were taking their time, caught standing around, doing surface work. My boss went to check the "finished room" and they hadn't even touched the shower, wiped the mirror, or sink. She asked them to clean the things they had missed. They immediately reacted defensively, rude, and disrespectful. Every time we asked them to do anything they had to check with their boss. It was like they had never cleaned before, very shady. MY boss had to leave she felt so uncomfortable in her home. I came into the situation and they told me "she pays you why don't you clean." Yelling at me after I had been nothing but pleasant and these men got face yelling at me and refusing to finish the job. Ended with them leaving because "this wasn't worth it." I called their boss who did the right thing: We didn't get charged for the 3 hours of work. Which been one bedroom and the kitchen of a 1,100 sq ft apartment. But I was so shaken by the way their men acted towards me and my boss. As her assistant, I was afraid to go out to my car alone at the end of the night. It seemed like the company just picked these guys off the street to clean the home.

"My only regret is not pulling my employees from the job when they first called. I asked them to stay without having been there, but once I showed up, I completely wished I would of. The entire apartment was cleaned minus one bathtub before they felt so degraded and belittled, that the only thing they could do was leave. Even in this review, the judgmental disrespect doesn't stop, as these are not "guy's from the street" but, my cousin and uncle, as we are a family business. It's my understanding that the outcome of this situation was determined by the way you treated my employees."

The cleaners left cobwebs on walls which I specifically asked to be cleaned multiple times as I was setting up the appointment. They didn't even touch the fridge. The business owner said one of the cleaners had a medical emergency. I really wish her well and a speedy recovery. These things happen. However, this was only mentioned to me a few days after when I went down to check on the house. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the work, then I was offered a 25% discount (and I was offered a cleaner to come rectify the issues, but I did not reply in time) but only got a 20% discount due to a HomeAdvisor limitation. Frankly i wasn't expecting a discount, but I did appreciate it. I think the owner is well intentioned, my advice is to be proactive about this stuff and not wait for the customer to bring it up.

We also offered an immediate correction to the the couple of items missed; however, after two days with no response we figured the discount would be sufficient."
