About us
Ive always found it peaceful working on odd jobs around the house and have many fond memories growing up working with my dad tackling our to-do list. To this day, every time I use a screw driver I can hear him saying righty tighty, lefty loosely. Working my way through college I built decks, refinished basements and completed numerous odd jobs for a construction company in my home town. Since graduating from the University of Minnesota with a degree in business administration, Ive been working for Fortune 500 companies in the IT industry. After many years as a project manager, with the support of my wife and daughter, I accepted an early retirement package at the end of 2012 to pursue my dream of starting a small business. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with one of the leading IT companies in the world for more than 20 years, but it was time for me to leave the corporate world and go out on my own.

5+ Room Interior Painting or Staining
Bryan and his team did a fantastic job! Exactly what we were looking for. This was a big job, painting multiple rooms, and the foyer including ceilings and the trim. High quality work, clean and on schedule! We will definitely be hiring them again!

Healthy Home Concierge rebuilt our outside deck. Bryan and his staff did an outstanding job of making recommendations for this project, many of which lowered our costs and yet produced a deck which we will enjoy for many years. Bryan and his associate were easily approached during construction and did an excellent clean up as well. I would highly encourage any homeowner to give Healthy Home Concierge a try.

Drywall Installation
I had Bryan drywall the inside of my outbuilding as part of a larger renovation project. The building is quite old and the spacing of studs was not standard nor was it the same throughout the space. Bryan came before electrical work and spray foam installation work began to put in extra studs where needed so drywall hanging would be more efficient. Bryan also checked in to make sure the other parts of my project were on track to make sure he was able to complete his portion seamlessly. Super nice guy and really listened to what I wanted... all at a very fair price! Would highly recommend!

Hal and crew were timely and actually finished a day early while paying close attention to detail work. I added on services with that extra day! Done diddly done all due to Hal! 👍

I was working with local people who did not show. I received a call from HHC and Skip came that day and looked at the job. I was able to set up a time and the job was finished within a few days. I give an excellent rating for both service and work. I will call them again for work in the future.

I had bees enter the space above my dormer window and they used the drywall to build their hive, creating a hole in the ceiling and entry into the house. Bryan repaired the drywall and painted the ceiling, you cannot tell today we had this issue. Bryan is true professional and performed the work on time and on budget as promised. I highly recommend his service. In fact, my mother is now a customer too with some repairs she needs around her home. Thanks Bryan!

Bryan is a professional in every sense of the word. In two full days of work so far, he has done strenuous yard work, quality painting, and contractor level repairs to an opened wall and ceiling. His work is so good I'm embarrassed to ask him to help with the more menial tasks but he does it all with good humor, excellent quality, and great flexibility. Versatility, intelligence and honesty are the best words I can use to describe Brian's approach to work. We also plan to sign up for his quarterly services in maintaining the utilities of our home.

We had Bryan do some misc work such as fixing some siding that had fallen off, clearing a clogged faucet, replacing a broken board on a ramp to our shed, and fixing a door knob that had come off. He was very efficient with his time and got it all done in almost no time at all!
