I am thrilled with Healthy Home! Our furnace died on a Sunday morning just as the temperatures in Charlotte were dropping. I was referred to HH by my neighbor and immediately gave them a call and spoke with Dimitri. He sent Isaiah out within just a few hours. He advised what was wrong with the furnace and discussed with us fixing or replacing it. Since the unit was 20 years old, we decided to replace it with a heat pump. Brian came out on Monday - a holiday - to take measurements and double-check that the system we discussed with Isaiah would meet our needs. Temperatures dropped to 18 degrees and Dimitri delivered space heaters for us to use while we waited for installation. Josh, Harry, and Brian worked hard all day while it was in the 20s to replace our system. Every single person I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They made an unpleasant situation easier to deal with because we knew they wanted to help, they wanted us warm again quickly, and they appreciated our business! I definitely recommend this whole team without reservation. I look forward to having them service our heat pump for many years.ð ð ð ð ð

I even decided to take an advantage of an offer to service my system regularly. Isaiah found every discount he could and set everything up for me. The presentation made by their 'Comfort Consultant', Brian Reynolds, was outstanding - as was his sincerity, knowledge, and attention to detail. The installation of the A/C system, led by Josh Pendleton, was a high quality job also, and it wasn't disruptive to us at all.

Professionals listen well, explain their process, and are patient when waiting for me to finish shower during their drive to my house.

I hired them to do annual maintenance on my units and they told me my heat exchanger had failed but they never opened up the unit to thoroughly inspect it. I hired another contractor to inspect it and there is no failure at this time.

The technician Andy was as good tech as I have ever dealt with. He even referenced the Michael J. Fox classic **Back to the Future** in regards to describing the part that needed replacing (**flux** capacitor) which struck a fun and pleasant chord with me. This company works hard for your business.
