Healthy Home not only was able to come out the same day, they were out within 2 hours. The office gave me plenty of notice when the tech was on his way. Eric came out and was beyond courteous and professional. He talked me through all of my options and possible next steps, and the cost of everything. He got my AC unit back up and running quickly!

Healthy Home was able to come by same day. The tech was awesome and identified the problem. The unit had to defrost but he came back later that day to make a speedy repair.

Tech Matt came an hour after scheduled time for annual preventive contract. Performed preventitive wrote down what services he recommended to be down. Prices seemed a little high for the work. I would definitely shop around. Matt left breaker box open and did not screw covers to a.c. unit back on. The lady sceduling on the phone was very nice and I heard other good reviews from this place maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I would not recommend the tech Matt if you decide to use them.

Prompt return call after submitting my request via HomeAdvisor; Healthy Home was very courteous and accommodating and had a technician out in less than 90 minutes on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. Matthew, the technician, was extremely professional, informative and friendly. The problem was not complicated, though he took the time to explain the cause and my options to resolve. My experience with Healthy Home was very good and I can only hope that Matthew is indicative of the kind of professional this organization employs across the board.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Kevin just came out and did a full inspection of our furnace and duct work. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, thoroughly answer my questions, and provide a range of recommendations. He was personable, honest, courteous and professional.
