The gal that cleaned for me was very good. The owner of the company could or would not schedule regular service for me. She canceled BY TEXT TO A LAND LINE instead of scheduling service for next month and eventually did have to call and personally relate that she would no long service me after I called and asked if I was scheduled. Had the service for 6 months and had issues every month with the scheduling.

The owner and Shelley came out as arranged . There was a lot to do as I had not had anyone in a long time . I needed people who were reliable and business like but also friendly .We went through the house and priced the job . I was very happy with what was done and felt very comfortable with Shelley which is important . I am now having her come every two weeks .

+Update as of 10-29* The owner is very attentive to any issues that may arise and works to get them resolved. *Original* The person sent to do the job quit after 90 minutes. They were supposed to be here for 2 hours. She agreed to return at 2:00 pm, but that did not happen. The owner phoned and said that Tamika would not be able to return until Friday. This was on a Tuesday. Tamika left leaving all the furniture of one room moved out without doing the floor. I am disabled and had to clean the floor and move everything back. It took me until 9:00 PM. I would not recommend this service because of the lack of integrity of the person they sent to do the work.

"I am the owner of this company and take a complaint very seriously. I am working to resolve the issues that this homeowner has raised. I have reached out to her through phone calls and email, and have not received a response yet. I am concerned about the actual facts stated in the review, and am confident that once I talk with the homeowner we can reach an agreement and get her on schedule for a cleaning, and then to move forward in a positive manner. I believe there was a miscommunication that caused the issue. I have a policy of open communication with the homeowners, employees and myself to be able to have a good, working relationship."
