Tyler from “Healthy House Systems “ was very helpful. I enjoyed doing business with him. His knowledge and expertise was excellent. I had a small job, swap out a sump pump, but he took all my questions and made sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend him.

New sump pump installed and alarms were fixed for the battery backup while at it. Tyler did a great job and explained everything throughly.

Great job and great customer service

I had a pretty bad flood in my basement after the heavy storms that came through back in June. I realized that my sump pump was the reason so I needed to replace it. I wanted something with more horsepower and after doing some research, I decided an ejector pump would work best for my home. Tyler was very friendly and understanding of my situation. He told me about some options, gave me the literature and a fair price for what I wanted. He and his team were very professional and attentive and definitely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. I was a little apprehensive about going with a company that’s just starting out, but Tyler gave me a good feeling about their company and products. I’m very happy with the installation and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again (although I hope I never have to) for any future needs. We have multiple rental properties, so I would call him first if I ever need service at any of them. A+++
