I have taught customer service for three decades and I was extremely impressed with Dr. Masoumi's expertise, integrity, and personal caring. It is rare these days to find that combination ina service provider. She immediately responded to texts or emails. She explained scientific info ina way I could understand. She was so patient and thorough. I never felt that she was in a hurry or that she needed to leave as early as she was finished. Most beautiful f all, I appreciated her honesty and authenticity. I found mold in my guest closet and after she confirmed it, I had a very reputable mold restoration company clean it. They were the highest bidders but I wanted the best to take care of this. After they were done, I asked Dr. Masoumi to return and confirm that all was well. When she looked in my closet, she explained that they had done a terrible job and that she still could see mold! She waited for an hour until the technicians came to my place and she explained to them what needed to be done in detail. She truly had my interest in mind and I will forever be grateful to her.
