"Mr. Bach called and said he did not receive his fall weed and feed. We started the Fall weed and feed 3 days early this year because we had to shut down this year by Oct 20th due to a personal medical issue. Other lawn care companies were already doing the fall weed and feed in our area. He says he has only 4 invoices that were left at his home as required by law. We showed this application as being done on Oct 27th, 2020. We also show GPS tracks that we have on the equipment and the applicator that shows GPS tracks all over his yard on the 27th. I was never given the chance to explain that also. I offered a full refund on the fall weed and feed application, or a more expensive slow-release granular when we do the spring weed and feed at no extra charge. We also show he received 5 service emails in 2020. I offer to forward these emails. It was obvious that Mr. Bach was not going to at least listen because he has been doing his lawn for 60 years. That was why I offered an application in the spring or a refund. I notice that he did not write that in his review."
