I am a Certified Master Inspector fully insured with both General and E & O insurance. I have been a licensed Home Inspector for over five years. I am excited to be back in Utah and serving Washington County. I know choosing the right home inspector can be difficult and you want to be sure because a home is likely the biggest purchase you will ever make. Houses may appear as simple structures, but they are indeed very complex. That is why you need to have your home inspected by a Professional Real Estate Inspector like myself. New homes need inspections too. Builders are great at what they do, and we have some of the finest in this area. However sometimes things are missed and may be better observed by a third party. We do not have the emotional attachment that the buyer does or a vested interest like the builder. I see things the way they are, not just the way buyers and builders perceive them to be.

Where do I start, first off his prices are way better than anybody else. I have to say Brian is very great at what he does, he is very thorough and smart at inspecting a home, he takes lots of pics and very detailed in the inspection report on the home, which is what you need when you're buying a home. We not only got the buyers to take care of most of the issues that where wrong with the house because of what he found wrong, but we now feel safe moving into our home knowing the major issues he found for us, so we can get it fixed.
