Great communication explaining what to expect of a home inspection and explained all findings of inspection good and bad. Report was made available online same evening with photos & text details of the inspection. A summery of the conditions the inspection was done under is also in the report. Victor did a great job and repeated test in areas of concern during the final walk through. 👍🏾 5stars and my recommendation.

Inspector arrived to the location ahead of appointment time and started right away. When I arrived he had half completed the outside walk around and explained to me what he had already inspected. He offered for me to tag along with him during the inspection but I insisted to give him his working space. Over all the Pro is very professional, informative, and the best, ON TIME.

My inspector from Heart was Victor. He called immediately after I used the HomeAdvisor website requesting a free quote. He was friendly and polite and completely non-threatening, which was great since I was doing this alone (husband out of town when it came due), didn't have any experience with these arrangements, and afraid of making a mistake. The quote was so low in comparison to the four others I had gotten before calling Heart, that I wasn't sure, and asked my real-estate rep to call him before I scheduled. The real estate man was used to working with another inspection company so if there were any alarm bells, I knew he would opt to go with the company he was familiar and comfortable with. He called me back soon and said he was impressed, Victor seemed to be very knowledgable and competent, and he had scheduled the inspection. We were both there during the full inspection. Victor was on time and got right to work. Though this company doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive ones (thermal imaging, drones, etc) he worked hard and constantly for over three hours. He was all over that house, inside, outside, and into the attic checking and taking pictures: very thorough, detailed, and full of advice and information as he shared his findings. His report was in my emails within 24 hours, again very detailed and useful for negotiations for closing on the house being purchased, as well as a guide for home repairs prior to moving in. I couldn't be more pleased. The real estate man was so happy, he will be calling Heart too, when he arranges inspections in the future for people like me that want good old fashioned honesty, integrity, knowledge, and experience and value for their hard earned money, and aren't wowed about all the techy stuff of the more expensive companies.
