"We put stabilizer in the deep end so just in case you are swimming in the pool, you aren't stepping on it. :)"
"We let you know that you we need to replace your floor cleaning system parts, your filter and while we there servicing your account your chlorinator started leaking. We fixed that without even charging you. We've been coming to your house weekly and in the beginning even more often to clean the algae out of your pool. Cleaning your filter 2 to 3 times per week for the first 2 weeks. We were also servicing your pool for monthly service, but you just stopped talking to us once I sent the bill. Here are the emails that I sent to you. We were still coming to your pool servicing your account until the last email. We thought you were out of town. Email to Robin Dated 10/16/2016: Hi Robin- Are you unhappy with our service? We have not gotten payment from you. Email to Robin Dated 10/29/2016: We did not get payment or even partial payment from you. Just checking in :) I hope you are happy with everything. Your actual supplies were over $300 that it cost us to get for you. The chemicals cost about $75 for the clean up. If you are unhappy you don't need to use us but at the very least could you pay the $375? We aren't a big business and every dollar counts. You just posted this review in 2018 - even though it says 2016. We could have returned the part, but you never said anything. So yes, we were in the process of putting a lien on your house for $500 because of principal."
"Thank You! Susan @ Heart My Pool"
