We had a 5 star interaction with this company in the past and therefore decided to use them for a small painting job at our home. The experience this time was not the same. I was provided an estimate to paint my kitchen and my bathroom with a min of 12 hours and a maximum of 14 hours and an estimate of $1765.00. The job was horribly underestimated, leaving us with no choice but to pay the extra time (or he'll leave once he hits 14 hours with the work unfinished) Meanwhile the worker is rushed beyond what he is capable of....which is terribly unfair to the worker because the work shows it. I cant help but to feel cheated.... $561.41 over estimate and lots of touch up work for me to finish. In fact the reason she stated the overage of hours was a second coat being needed in the kitchen, only one incomplete coat was done on the ceiling. I would no longer recommend and will no longer be using this company.

I?ve used this company multiple times, never had an issue. I contract them for four repairs prior to listing my home and was given an estimate of $1700. They charged $190/hour to go shipping at Home Depot, after they were already an hour late. They didn?t get half the work done and I get an invoice for $2800. I cancel one of the projects and they finish the remaining work. Then I get another invoice for $600 after they waived $80 for the inconvenience. I ultimately was charged double the quote and they didn?t even do everything I was looking to have done. Do not recommend hiring without a clear and realistic estimate

Will not be using this company again. They are very unorganized and did not bring the supplies needed to do the job, nor did the worker that showed up know what jobs he was there to do. Also, the worker showed up on the wrong day than what was scheduled when he came out the second and third time to fix the poor job he did the first time. The workers do not wear mask inside the house and also did not show up to the house with masks on. When I addressed this with the owner she told me just stand 6 feet away from them. I m not sure if she knows we are in the middle of a pandemic! The caulk they used in my bathroom ran down the tile wall of the shower staining the black grout I had in between my tiles on the shower floor. Would not recommend using this company!!!! Beware

The person they sent did not know how to fix the problem I listed, but he took time ($$$) to tell me I needed an electrician and that the company would send one at the same rate I was paying him. He bought (and I paid for) 2 tubes of caulk for an area only long and used way too much, then did not know how to smooth it, so it is smeared all over. He also used too much on the outside of my door, smearing brown caulk on the red brick. Company promised to send another handyman out to repair the messy caulk and apologized for the first fellow saying they would send an electrician - they do not do that. They never called back and never sent anyone else to fix the mess.

Reliable, trustworthy and they cleaned up completely afterwards.
