Everything with the cleaning of 2 fireplaces did NOT go exactly according to plan. There were some issues due to extremely strange circumstances (NO fault of Dan). He was sincerely concerned when I notified him there was a problem. Without hesitation, he came back to my home within an hour to inspect the issue. He arranged to have everything fixed at his expense, did a followup call to make sure everything was satisfactory. THIS is what a professional does. HE went further. He offered to come back and help me with the resulting cleanup. I will do business with him again...and AGAIN! He showed integrity and compassion for the situation. You never know what issues may arise when dealing with a contractor. You hope you never have to put them to the test, and that all will go smoothly. Life doesn't always cooperate. I was very pleased to find a contractor that takes pride in his work and goes to whatever length necessary to complete a job done well. I LOVE this company!
