Randy is the man for all your masonry and fireplace needs. Honest guy that you can count on. He tore down my fireplace and did a great job. He was efficient and cleaned up the mess like he was never there. Definitely recommend

Great job was done to replace both the chimney cap and the water heater pipe. Rotted wood was replaced and rust was also painted. Good quality of material has been used. Chimeny expection was perfomed. Randy is great, knowledge, and professional. He is honest and someone you can trust. Reasonnable price I definitely recommend to work with Health Gardian.

I found the tech to be very professional and very thorough about explaining what needed to be done and how long it would probably take once a decision was made on either repairing or replacement. Based on my decision to have a replacement and a more updated version of what was needed for the installation. All parts were ordered and he arrived and completed the project within 2 1/2 three hours at the most. He was very professional. He made sure that all of the inside was taken care of and cleaned up behind himself. He was very careful about making sure that he was thorough, that the new unit be tested and make sure there were no leaks, as well as showing me how it worked without a remote manually and with the remote. He made sure he cleaned up behind himself and also was able to explained that any concerns I may have with unit if it needed. By contacting the office or him directly, and it would be addressed immediately. Of course, I’m loving my new fireplace replacement.

Randy was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable and HONEST. I definitely recommend using Hearth Guardian

We've been having trouble with our fireplace all last season, so I had Hearth Guardian come out to take a look. They cleaned the whole unit and area, and the darn thing worked like a charm. My advice: get your fireplace cleaned professionally regularly. We had such good service that we are planning to have them back to install a blower into our fireplace.

Had Hearth Guardian come out and inspect my chimney for a cleaning. Did a thorough inspection and provided pictures to justify the work needed. Did a great job with the chimney sweep and very reasonably priced. Will use them again when needed.

Randy replaced a deteriorating wood back porch with new cement steps. The job turned out great. Randy has done a lot of work for my property management company at different addresses around Royal Oak and Birmingham. He’s respectful, responsive, and does good work. I would highly recommend him.

Randy was very professional and did a great job. He tore down my entire chimney and was very easy to deal with. He cleaned up after the job like he was never there. Would definitely recommend him with any of your masonry or chimney cleanings!
