Inspectors are not all alike, so ask about license, insurance, how long it will take, type of report, and general approach. Will the Inspector go on the roof? Operate appliances? We welcome your presence at the inspection and your questions. We are unbiased, and represent your interests alone. We are confident that while you may find lower fees elsewhere, you will not find better value. If you believe you have not received the best inspection in your experience, we will refund your fee and pay for another inspector of your choice, within reason.
