John was able to come out on short notice the next day on a Saturday at no additional charge. Had received another assessment that recommended replacement of the entire system. John carefully assessed the situation and determined it was the thermostat that was faulty which was an easy and inexpensive fix. I really appreciated his thorough and honest assessment. I will definitely use him and refer him in the future.
