They "lost" my appointment. When I called to see where they where; I found I was not on their schedule. They are in the middle of moving their business to another location, so my appointment got lost in the shuffle. They were able to come the very next day and gave me a 10% discount for the mix up. -- The person came and did a great job.

Robert Zimmer was a very nice young man. He worked very hard and was pleasant to have in our home. We are very happy with the work he did and my regular cleaning staff were very impressed with the job that was done. I would definitely recommend them.

The technician did a very thorough job. The carpets look better than we had hoped. Every person I had contact with was friendly. The tech did arrive an hour late, but otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

The rug was beautiful again after the cleaning, the carpet still had pet odor in it and I was told because I didn't buy the extra $15.00 odor remover,it was my problem or for an additional fee they could come and try again to remove the odor. The man I spoke with on the phone regarding this matter sounded like a fast talking, high pressure salesman. The young man that came to the house was very nice and polite. I doubt I use them again in the future.

Overall, the service was wonderful and my carpets look great. They were a little late arriving to my house, but once there, the service person was very polite and had me look at each room after it was complete to make sure I was satisfied.

I was very pleased with the work performed as well as the time frame. My carpets were cleaned after 5:00 p.m. so I didn't have to take time off work. My house smelled wonderful for days. I will definitely use Heartland again.

They were fast, professional and did a great job in removing old pet urine from my carpet. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their carpets cleaned. I will hire them again to clean the carpet in the rest of my home. EXCELLENT!

The service providers began work on time and wasted no time getting down to business. They were courteous and professional. After drying there are some stains that did not come out, but are significantly lighter. I doubt that anyone could lift those stains. When they were through, they asked me to check everything and actually did go back over a few noticeable areas. Overall, I am quite satisfied and would highly recommend, "Heartland Carpet Care" in a heartbeat!
