Tree Trimming

Butchered my trees. Supposed to trim, lift and open up middle. Did not say he would cut most of branches off . Didn't look anything like he described. Should have asked for pictures. 2 day job. Neglected to inform me he expected partial payment end of first day. Would have been nice to know beforehand since I was at work Paid that. Also, didn't say he had another company remove debris until end of first day. He said Job Completed with a huge pile of limbs laying in yard. Said I was being difficult because I objected to paying him until the stuff was gone. How did I know if it would be picked up? It was the next day. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Communication sucks. I had to initiate all calls or texts and wait and wait for a reply. Would not recommend!
