I selected this company because they were based locally and I try to hire local businesses when I can. Every person I worked with was courteous and professional. The crew showed up when they said they were going to, did the work that was promised. They completed the work in one day and very carefully cleaned up and removed all the debris. They also observed the appropriate safety protocols for Covid. Would recommend.

We needed a new roof due to recent hail damage. I did some research on-line and was impressed with Heartland Roofing & Construction, Inc. I called them and Chris came out to look at our roof. He was very informative and provided an in-depth explanation of the roofing materials and the advantages of the GAF products he uses. His company has achieved the exclusive status of "Master Elite Weather Stopper Roofing Contractor for GAF". Annually, he and his work crew attend training classes to ensure they are up to date on in their skills and products. He went on to explain how the insurance process works. My husband and I felt so comfortable and confident with Chris, we decided to look no further. We are so glad we went with Heartland Roofing & Construction! The roofers worked tirelessly and were "in-sync" with each other; you could tell they had been working together for a long time. They were neat and ensured our plants and patio were protected from the debris. Our project took three days to complete and Chris came by a couple of times each day to talk with us and to see how things were going. I am so pleased with our new roof. Chris recommended the charcoal color from the Timberline High Definition Shingle line. It's really beautiful! I never thought I would be so impressed with a roof. It makes the house look great! They fully explained everything, answered all of our questions, and did exactly what they promised with no surprises. The crew showed up on time, showed a lot of pride in their work, kept the site clean and were attentive even to our neighbors (It's great to have happy neighbors) and installed an awesome roof which is even better than we had imagined.

The customer service is very good

Responsible and personable. They arrived when scheduled, walked the attic and the roof to find the problem. Provided an estimate for the fix and arrived the next day so they could get the job done in advance of a rainstorm. If you need roof repair or replacement, Heartland should be your only call.

Great job! I hired them from Kansas City to do a job on my mother's home in San Antonio. Worked with my sister and from the reports from my sisters and the pictures it turned out to be a first rate job!!! The neighbors could also see it was a great job and asked my sisters for the phone numbers. It's the best roof on the street by far. Glad I called them using Home Adviser. Just ONE small suggestion, please call as the roofing crew leaves the yard heading to the home. It gives them time to get dressed and move cars if it has to be done rather than just "showing up" and having to rush getting things done on the home owners part. It's a small thing but means a lot to the homeowner. STILL, a fantastic job and would not hesitate to recommend Heartland to anyone for any size job!!! Thanks!!!
