Heartlands remodeling was very professional, reliable, and extremely efficient. We had a chimney that had leaked for over 10 years with many other professionals trying to repair. We met, I described exactly what was going on. He told me what his plan was for repair, and it turned out excellent! He listened and was very detailed with his plan of action. We have had 3 hard days of rain and not one leak! I am going to hire Heartlands in the future for other projects ! Great company and owner!

Fantastic experience and highly recommended. Moving from out of state to East Tennessee, we needed extensive updates to a high-value home that we purchased. The upgrades we requested involved kitchen updates, bathrooms remodeling, bedroom, and living room fireplaces updating, electrical work, plumbing work, custom doors, painting, and several other projects. All projects were done perfectly with high quality, with no schedule delays and to the price quoted. Very rare to find such great all in one services and glad we found Alan and Heartland Remodeling.

Allen is a super nice man that knows his trade very well. He does a great job.

From the moment that Alan came to our home to look at the job through completion we were impressed. He explained all the different options that we re available to us for a bathtub conversion to a walk in shower and quoted us a price for doing some ceiling fans and installing 2 storm doors. He was clear on the timeframe to start and how long it would take. Several days later I asked for a quote on removing all the old flooring and installing all new vinyl plank in the whole house. His price was again the lowest but beyond that his explanation of how he would do it and the timeline needed. We closed on the house February 3rd and met Alan that day explaining we needed to move in March 15th. Alan began the job 2 weeks later advising he would be be done by March 11th. Even after us adding some additional odd jobs and us causing 2 days lost due to driveway repairs and improvements Alan was done on time. He delivered on everything promised with high quality work in an extremely professional manner. We could not be happier with everything he did. Many times a contractor is selected based on price but Heartland not only had the best (by far) price the workmanship was like none that we have ever had before from someone I was not already familiar with. By all means if you need work done hire him.

Allen tells you the estimate up front, and the times when the work was to be done. He answers all questions, then performs first class work in a timely fashion. We are very happy that we picked Allen to help us with our plumbing and toilet replacement, plus our deck repair and stain and sealant needs.

Unusually and widely skilled, very interested in helping the homeowner understand the project, kept homeowner informed of his movements and schedule, manages business aspects of his services extremely well, and a strong and dedicated family man. Getting to know Alan has been a distinct pleasure.

He is very trustworthily. And he is always on time when he said he would be here. He also did painting and installed a new patio door.

They are sufficient with all their time and money.
