Clean, fast work, beautiful results. has some concerns but they were addressed. Make sure they are careful with your gutters but otherwise, great job.

This is my first time having a roof replaced. I had avoided it because of all the horror stories. A friend recommended Heart of Florida, and when I called they sent Chris Erichson out to talk to me and look at the roof. He gave me a price that was under what I expected, and was knowledgeable and personable. I signed, and Chris shepherded the job through like it was his own house. Everything, soup to nuts, went according to (or occasionally ahead of) schedule. The work team was professional and did a great job. Done in one day. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves better than I probably would have. Documents were delivered and every question I had Chris had a solid answer for. Getting a new roof is not fun or cheap, but with Chris and Heart of Florida, it was fair and painless.

We are extremely happy with the new roof put on by Heart of Florida. From the beginning we were in touch with Rose who gave us the best of services. We especially appreciated the time she took with us explaining the process and helping us with suggestions on color choice and type of shingle to use. We completely trusted her ideas as she was very knowledgeable about her products. The crew did a great job and we were very happy about the extra care they did on post cleanup. We have deer in the area and wanted to be sure all the nails were cleaned up. Kudos to Rose. She is a great representative of a great company. Iâ  d give them 5 out of 5 stars.

The entire team of Heart of Florida Roofing is very professional and responsive. I was challenged by buyer of my property to have a new roof installed before closing of the sale, which was just about 10 days away. The Heart of Florida Roofing took this challenge, planned and worked diligently. They coordinated well with the county in getting the permits and had the roof installed in good time. It was really amazing, knowing that situation was not normal due to Covid-19. However, they did not compromise on the quality of workmanship.
