I couldn’t be more impressed with the expediency, professionalism, and workmanship of Heartwood Home Exteriors. It only took 10 working days to replace the old siding on our house with minimal disruption and maximum cleanliness. Everyone we spoke with at the company was helpful and courteous every step of the way. They spent real time walking me through every composite decking option: Trex, Fiberon, TimberTech. Explaining pros and cons without any upselling. Just honest guidance to help me choose right for our Lacey home and Pacific Northwest weather. What impressed me most: their values. Time is money, and they don’t waste yours. Transparent pricing, fair negotiation, clear answers. They’re licensed, experienced, and genuinely care about doing right by customers. Yes, they’re newer… which means they’re building their reputation the right way. That’s exactly what I want. I’ll update after completion, but I wanted to share this now because finding contractors with this integrity is rare. Highly recommend for composite decking in Olympia/Lacey.

Had a great experience and am really happy with how it all turned out. We love the look of the James Hardi siding. It was exactly what we were searching for! The TimberTech deck turned out really nice and feels solid. The French Doors are also a great bonus. Overall, very happy with the results.
