The service technicians were very nice. Vent cleaning was part of the installation of the furnace: They forgot a couple vents but came back and redid them thoroughly. After the redo, I felt cold the next morning and realized the furnace hadn't been turned back on. I was able to figure out how to turn it back on in the crawl space and it was interesting to investigate my crawl space so it was a forgivable mistake. I would use them again.

My Service was provided in June and I was happy with the install experience. My new Central A/C has been working great ever since and it's time for a fall checkup. My only issue was how the return filter was installed and I discussed that with installer about passing inspection. a great experience overall

Heat Exchanger did a phenomenal job for me and I will continue to use them. While they were sigificantly off schedule for the initial service call, they recovered nicely, stayed in touch and ensured the actual repair was handled in a timely and high quality way.

Very very happy with their work! The job that they did installing my furnace is excellent! Showed up on time and were careful not to get my carpets dirty. Willing to answer any questions, or concerns I had and were very friendly in doing so. Took their time and care installing my furnace, not just a "get in and get out" kind of job. I am so happy that I went with these guys! Thanks so very much Ellis and the rest of you guys/gals! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They know what they are doing!!!!! In order to prevent seepage into my basement as a consequence of heavy rains, I contracted with Heat Exchanger Experts of Denver to waterproof the affected area of my foundation. The project required the old concrete to be broken up and removed, a 4-5 ft deep/2 ft wide/10 ft long trench to be dug, waterproofing tar to be applied to the exposed foundation, the trench refilled with dirt and compacted, and new concrete poured over the work area. The work is extremely physically demanding. Although the appearance of the new concrete is not quite what I would have hoped for, my problem was adequately addressed. I would recommend this company.
