Awarded on a Monday, he quickly had the new heat pump package ordered, picked up and installed within five days. Install was completed in less than 8 hours that Friday, as promised. Darrin and his two install technicians, Owen and Cody, displayed a high level of technical knowledge and skill while also providing a high level of quality workmanship. The team was conscientious and payed attention to detail. I was continuously kept informed of progress. There were no "hiccups" and the work areas were left completely cleaned up.
