Due to winter weather Anthony was running late. When he arrived he reviewed the problem and went to and got parts and fixed leak. Anthony is a good worker and would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. Price was real reasonable.

I really enjoyed working with Heat Wizer. They found the problem quickly and offered me many options to fix or upgrade my existing equipment. Never any hard sell at all. Had I chosen to just repair they were happy to do it, but they did offer me choices. I would hire them in a second. Highly recommended!!! Their customer service is A++++ !

$210 to unblock a toilet; $70 of thar was for showing up. The clog was apparently about 2 feet or so into the system. Mind you they were prompt in calling and fortunately his guy came (by car) an hour later. He was very pleasant and was finished in about 15 minutes. Tested the toilet several times to make sure it worked and promised a 30 day warranty. But $210 is excessive to my mind and experience.

"Where R you getting your comparison to 210?What difference does it make if we show up in a car, van, truck, bus? It's not the car your paying for it's the experience. $210 is cheap for us or anyone to unclog a toilet.. You had every right to decline our $210 price to unclog your toilet.. Our company like others charges a diagnosis for showing up,Fortunate for U we only change $70 most charge 100 plus. Consider yourself lucky. At the end of the day you had a problem and we solved it. Does your toilet still work? A guy told a lady at a garage sale he wasn't paying $10 for a lamp she said it's only marked $1.00....you can never please everyone."

I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Heat Wizer. Tony serviced our furnace and grounded our gas line today after I called late yesterday. He was polite, guarantees his work and I really appreciated his timely response. I had Heat Wizer install A/C 4 years ago and was totally impressed by Dominick. His presentation, knowledge and integrity was very evident from the moment he introduced himself. They did an awesome job.

They were very responsive to our needs. The technician, Fred, very very good at communicating what our A/C problems were. He was also flexible in servicing our furnace as long as he was there, thus saving us a future additional service call charge. He was also good in showing us how to handle our problem in a less expensive way rather than saying no you have to do the expensive option. We will continue to use them for our future needs. Thank you to Home Advisor for finding them for us!
