Russell is the best. No question. He was very helpful in trying to help me diagnose the problem (to save me some money) and extremely responsive in coming out even after I cancelled my first appointment. Russell clearly explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. In no time, he figured out the issue and fixed our problem. He didn't try to push services on us, and his price was more than fair. I'll be calling him for all of my future services and repairs (few I hope). Feel confident in hiring Russell.

They came out when expected and were very thorough with explaining the options available. Provided 2 quotes based on which way I wanted to proceed. Have not gotten to the point of booking them since I am still removing tile/wallboard. Once completed with that phase I'll definately contact them to come out and reglaze the tub.

I was truly impressed with the quality of workmanship with the tiling of my kitchen floor. Prior to the work beginning, I was provided with a comprehensive layout of the work to be completed. The question and answer sessions during the inital project layout was informative and caring. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The kitchen was cleaned up on a daily basis and all the necessary trim work was completed. I am very excited to show friends and family a quality installation of tile flooring.
