We had a leak coming from the base board in the hall way. It turned out to be a big crack in the main drain pipe inside the wall between two bathrooms. I called them early Friday afternoon. Two plumbers arrived within an hour. They quickly found the problem. They removed the cracked pipe and replaced it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We were lucky to find Townsend.

I sent emails and made telephone calls to 4 different companies on a Friday about 4:00 p.m. Mr. Townsend was the only one that answered his phone and returned my email inquiry. He came out on a Saturday and fixed my leak. Very polite and professional.
