I appreciate the quick response and great work! Heathco was able to provide quotes for fixture replacement for kitchen and bath. Kitchen faucet was able to finished as promised, but the parts I bought for bath didn't work, and Jeremy was great at explaining why. I bought new parts and the job was able to finished quickly after that. I will definitely call Jeremy at Heathco for all future plumbing jobs. I am very happy with the finished work. Thank you!!

Friendly and did a good job just the paperwork side not that great. It's been almost if not a month and I request my receipt almost every other week but I still haven't received it. But like I said good people and good work but I suggest you get a receipt before they leave.

We had a slow start (rescheduled a couple of times due to parts), but the service was excellent.

Jeremy Wilkerson came from Heathco Plumbing LLC in Cedar Hill to fix two leaks we had at our duplex here in Irving. First, we had an outdoor faucet leak that needed a new seal to replace the old one that wore out from age and use over the years. And secondly, Jeremy fixed our bathtub faucets and drove miles to a plumbing supply shop that he fortunately knew of that still carried the old parts from years ago that would work to replace the parts that were worn out. So....his efforts saved us money by his knowing the place that most likely had the old parts that were needed. Otherwise, it would have meant completely replacing both faucet units, instead of just fixing the parts worn out in them.... His cheerful and efficient attitude combined with his professional plumbing experience demonstrated in his work at our place gives me the confidence to call Heathco Plumbing LLC first for any of our future plumbing needs. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable charges. Jeremy and Heathco Plumbing LLC have absolutely earned the Five Stars ratings we their customers award them!

The pressure valve release was placed in sidewalk cement which is city property but the pvr is a homeowner responsibility. Heathco moved pvr to our property which had to dig a tunnel from the water meter under the sidewalk to front yard. Explained every detail of the project in general terms. Very patient. Great customer service from the point of contact to project completion. Thank you.

Jeremy did an amazing job installing our new toilets. He was honest and sincere when they hit a little snag with a manufacturer’s issue, but he solved the problem quickly and went beyond our expectations to find the missing parts. The entire job was completed quickly and neatly. I would recommend him to friends that need an plumbing work completed.

Heathco was very responsive during our entire experience from initial contact, receiving an estimate and scheduling service, and performing the service and payment. Jeremy was friendly and knowledgeable and completed the replacement of our toilet in a timely manner. Best of all their pricing was VERY reasonable in comparison to many other plumbing companies in the area.
