Arrived on time and completed project as discussed. Left work area neat and clean.

Technician was very knowledgeable. The installation of the new AC unit was completed quickly. All material & debris from the installation were removed as soon as the job was finished.. Did experience what could best be described as a communication problem when scheduling the date for the work to begin. However, once that was resolved it was smooth sailing

Not enough troubleshooting was done beforehand. Crew left the A/C unit unfinished. A/C unit was not working when they got done due to electrical issues that should have been properly diagnosed beforehand.

AC broke on the hottest day of the year. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and they got the AC working right away.

They Declined To Change Me: They said that there would be a $29 service fee to determine what was wrong with my fridge and then that would apply to my repair if I chose to get it repaired. They determined that my fridge's cooling system has a leak. They told me that if they filled the cooling system, it would just leak again within a few weeks. Since the cooling system is a "sealed" system, it could not be repaired, it needed to be replace. They told me I would be better off getting a new unit. I thanked them, and then when I went to pay them for their work, they declined to take my money. They spent over a hour checking my unit out. They deserved the money. Knowing that they could not repair my unit, they did not want to charge me. I was impressed with this company.

Great company! We had a unit that was close to 30 yrs old. We had one company come out and after $700 into the work, tells us that now a compressor is needed. It was one thing after another. We then tried Home Advisor and found Heating, Cooling & Tech. Inc. Cesar came out the next day and quick tested the previous work. Everything that had been done by the other company was a waste of time. Long story short, Cesar set up a great deal for us that same day on a whole new unit and then installed it in 2.5 hrs. Even though we had dumped $700 with the other company, Cesar's deal still saved us money and we now have a brand new air conditioning unit. I will be soon setting up another appointment with them to replace an even older unit on another house of ours. Great service, price and professionalism! What else can you ask for?

They were very repsonsive and got the job done the same day. They did have to come back to finish and that wasn t for another week but when they did come back Mike made sure everything worked exactly as it should. We were super appreciative!

The customer service, prompt service was good and price, when compared to competitors, was very reasonable but they left minute scratches or deep paint marks on our new bathroom tile (the furnace is in the crawl space attic with entry above the guest bathroom). We did let them know but I fear the fix may be worse than the damage. These are the issues we deal with when working with technicians who are just not very mindful, I suppose. Disappointing.

They were really clear about what they were doing and when, the price was fair and they communicated any changes. The entire installation and process was painless and they showed up on time vs in a 5 hour window like other companies. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants the work done on time.

So far the furnaces installed are working excellent.

Took advantage of the customer (a friend of mine) who needed furnace working. Charged $300 to replace a part less than $40. $300 was for a control board and an igniter, he only replaced the igniter (couldn't find control board in his truck). No promise to return with control board. Mike must not want repeat customers.

After spending $13,000.00 for a new heater and air conditioning we still didn't get heat upstairs. I called this company and Dimitry came out the following day. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate of $600.00 to fix the problem. Another gentleman came out the following week and fixed our heater. The charge was $450.00. Exceptional company

They gave us prompt same-day service for our broken rooftop HVAC system. It was almost Christmas and they had to order in a crane! They completed the work in less than 4 hours. They were wonderful!!!
