They showed up late to start the repair of our AC unit, and they charged us $5400. After 3 days, they were notified that the AC unit was still not working. They put excuses to not come back, until they finally did. Then, they stated there was a leak that could not be fixed, and wanted to sell us a new AC unit, and not honor the fact that we had already paid them $5400.

Dont hire them period. They are scam artists.

Had a horrible experience with this company! They came to assess our boiler issues, told us the problem, and were given an estimate that we agreed to. We paid in full for the work and 4 hours labor ($150/hr - $600 in total for labor, $1500 total with the work). It took only one hour, but we understood the minimum policy. They started the repair immediately but told us they had to come back because a part was out of stock. No problem. They called when the piece came in and arranged a time to come back. Then they called to inform us they were running late on a previous project and ended up coming later that evening instead of the afternoon. Again, no problem. When they arrived to complete the job Jacob informed us that we also needed to replace the expansion tank. He said his team missed that in their initial assessment. My husband was not home at the time, but we have two kids in the house and needed heat... I trusted Jacob, so I authorized this work. He told me the additional charge would be $500 flat for the replacement. He came back a couple minutes later with the invoice for $750 - including one hour of labor at $250. I signed it and zelle the money, not realizing at the time we already paid labor on the initial invoice. My husband arrived home minutes later and Jacob and his team literally left the house immediately through the downstairs door without saying goodbye. That seemed odd and after discussing the updated assessment with my husband we pieced it all together. This company is shady! We were charged 5 hours of labor for a combined total of a little over an hour worth of work. Their labor rates conveniently changed within just a matter of days. When we looked up the price for the expansion tank they installed (using the exact model number on the tank) we realized it was priced at $38.... and they charged us $500 for the part alone. I text Jacob (so there a record) the next morning to resolve this and he was instantly rude and condescending.... and caught in several lies. He justified the upcharge claiming we are running a business here and sent a picture from an online catalogue that he said they ordered from showing the price as $350... only problem was that was for a completely different model tank and he kept telling us it was the same one despite me showing him the price of $38 from the SAME SUPPLIER using the model number we had installed. He insisted we had it wrong with no further explanation. When asked why we paid labor two times when we were already charged the minimum on the first day - and the only reason they even came back was because a part was out of stock, he claimed he had to charge more because they came back at night and that is a different rate. Reminder: they came at night because THEY were running late. We did NOT have an evening appointment. He flippantly offered a full refund and told us he would come back to take the tank. I guess he expected us not to agree to that, because when we did he told us there were no refunds. I had to fight to be connected to his supervisor, and Jacob eventually called me and looped him (Mike) into the call. Mike did not comment on the upcharge for the piece but agreed the labor charge was bad business and told me they would refund that if I signed an agreement not to leave a bad review. I refused to sign. If it was bad business they should refund it without conditions. I was also not satisfied that they ignored the issue of over-charging for parts. We never received any money back. Cherry on top they did not fix the heating issue we had and we had to have another company to fully repair the unit. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. Friendly to your face, ugly when questioned, and unwilling to fairly resolve issues. Go elsewhere!

Service was very good they were very professional. They gave me a very good price compared to other companies. I called 3 other contractor they prices were very high comparing to them!

They were able to address issues that I?ve been experiencing with my Baxi tankless heater for some time. They fixed the unit. Great job!

They did not tell me that they would sub-contract another company; they did not have all the tools. They try to upsell without an inspection to the system. Representative of the company missed leading me from the start and they lied to me.

Words cant even explain how much they've helped my family and I. We were literally freezing and no one was able to fix this unit... they came in right away during emergency hours! Fixed the boiler same night. Extremely professional and highly recommended!

Great job, professional and polite. Able to come later hours same day I called and not charge ridiculous prices. Quick service, they diagnosed and gave a quick fix so we were not sitting in the cold while waiting for parts. Quickly obtained the parts and returned to finish the job, all within a week. No hidden charges, no "extra costs."

It was as easy as calling for a free estimate and they were so nice and friendly arrived and did a timeless job on a ac that nobody else can fix this whole entire summer! Highly recommended!!
