They were extremely professional and friendly. Very tolerant of the conditions in the house and that I have 9 cats. They had to comply with my condo regulations, which was time consuming. It was also difficult that the major part of the unit was in the attic. Very tight and HOT!

Mo was so professional he gave me 3 different scenarios on how to fit the a/c unit and I wasnâ t happy with either, and then he was able to go above and beyond and go the extra mile with his scope of work and rewire and configure it how I wanted it. Would absolutely recommend him!
