It went horrible. They contracted us pricewise at $.32 a square foot, times 1400 ft.² in the house, and agreed upon price was $449 to do a deep cleaning throughout the whole house. There was NO TIME LIMIT DISCUSSED WHATSOEVER! Later, I realized that the bottom bedroom was not really available very much for a deep clean and we should have reduced the square footage and the pricing accordingly by 150 ft.². Once providers arrived, the Lead lady said that they normally allot 3 1/2 to 4 hours for a deep clean of a 1400 square-foot home. My wife said this isn t about the time it takes but that we need to complete job done irrespective of how much time it takes. At the end of four hours the two ladies packed up and left without the job being anywhere near complete. We estimate that they actually completed around 50% of the deep clean that was necessary . In the middle of the job, the head lady actually excused herself for an hour to go do another bid at another location so she only put in three hours while her coworker put in four. This was a bait and switch fraud. We have contacted and talk with the head lady by text and we told her our concerns. She said that she and her coworker can come back and complete the job if we would pay them more money. Otherwise, she said we got what we got and she s not doing anything else about it. They left us with the house that was at Best 50% cleaned right before Christmas and right before we re doing a baby shower. This is wholly and completely unacceptable!

Definitely will be having heaven scents come back to take care of my home they did a perfect job and cleansed as I would paid attention to detail to make sure my home was back to clean and cozy again
