Just like Heaven

We did not meet the team in person. Our home in Sun City West, AZ, is our second residence. We planned to arrive in Phoenix (from Michigan) on 12/27/09, and wanted the home cleaned (mainly the floors) before we arrived. My son, who lives in Phoenix, was there at our AZ residence on 12/26 when the cleaning was to be done. My son stated the work done by Heaven Scent Cleaning Services was quite good.

Arrive on time, polite, and very professional. They do an outstanding job!

I thought that a fine job was done, however dusting was not up to my standards.

I hired them for the move out cleaning of an apartment. When I saw that they did the inside of cabinets and even inside of the fridge without me asking, that's all I needed to decide how to review their service. Thanks guys!

I paid them much money to clean my house the first time. I am very disappointed. There were many things not done or if done, done insufficiently. For example, garbage was not taken out from the kitchen or the office, items not removed from table for dusting or even picking up the item to dust The man dusted one high shelf by my front door, but failed to do the other. I have a very long list, but it is needless to go into it. They are very nice people, but they need to be more thorough--especially for what they charge. I do not want them to clean my home again.

I specifically asked for 4 hours because I needed corners, edges and baseboards cleaned. The renter had a 2 year old child and I needed the doors and some touch up on the walls sanitized. 2 hours into the service I noticed that the oven had not been touched, I mentioned it to Jason and he was not concerned. I also noticed that the corners and edges had dirt piled into the corner and Alma became angry. I was told the oven could not be cleaned, so I cleaned it my self. I also cleaned the corner and baseboards. Alma at one point even tried to argue with me about the service and said her husband did not tell her corners and wiping down the doors

Jason was polite and professional. He worked around my schedule. It felt great to come home to a clean house...especially the floors! I'll definitely have him come back!

Heaven Sent does a good job at a reasonable price. I recommend them with out hesitation.
