Dennis Kirkpatrick is a very friendly person who runs a very good business. I didnt know him prior to this project. As soon as he saw the request on HomeAdvisor, he contacted me to set up a meeting. I was not sure how to attack my particular issue that I was experiencing. Dennis did a thorough examination of the entire home windows and we decided that window replacement, which I was expecting, was not required, and resealing and recalling all windows was a better and less expensive option than I was requesting. He showed up on the next day and began the project of resealing windows and eliminating any openings to the outside atmosphere. He did the job promptly, kept my property neat and orderly at all times without being asked. I was very impressed with his workmanship and the way he ran the job. Because of Denniss reassessment of my problem, I feel that I received a much better (and less expensive) outcome than I have expected. Thank you, Dennis. Actually, Dennis is currently doing some fence repairs for me at this time. The words that come to mind for Heaven Sent Exterior Solutions is confident, competent, professional and trustworthy.

We called HeavenSent Exterior Solutions after our roof was damaged during a spring storm. Dennis, the owner, promptly came over to inspect the roof and put up an emergency tarp to prevent any further damage. He was very straight forward regarding the damage and what to expect from the roof replacement process. It was our first insurance claim for storm damage, but luckily Dennis is an expert and led us through the process quickly and painlessly. We ended up getting a new roof with upgraded shingles and new gutters. The new roof looks so much better than the original roof; It really transformed the look of our house! My insurance company said my roof was fine except for a 9' x 12' spot due to high winds and do not file a claim as it is less than your deductible. I called Homeadvisor and Dennis called back first. He gave me a quote over the phone that was less than the adjuster said it should cost. I sent him a pic of my shingles and he found the exact replacement after going to Home Depot and Lowes. He came out the same day and fixed it and found a few other spots that he took care of. The price was less than he quoted me but I gave him $40 more. He will be my go to roofer or handyman from now on.
