At first Eddie, the owner, got back to me right away and they responded quickly to me purchasing a washer and dryer from them. They brought it out, set it up and took my $500 gladly. He even gave me an extended warranty (which I came to learn meant nothing). I was able to do one load of laundry before the washer started having problems and completely quit working. I called and after sending someone out and not ever fixing the problem he just started ignoring my calls and left me with a non working washer and,I found out later, dryer. I was never returned my money or given a product that worked and was totally taken advantage of. Just know that if your product quits working you will most likely be left with crap while he takes your money. I guess I will know better in the future and hopefully this type of thing won't happen to you!

The service response was very timely and the repairman arrived on time and was very professional in determining the problem with a successful resolution. The price of services were fair and all upfront. Repairman returned the next day with ordered parts and completed the repair with my total satisfaction. I highly recommend Heavenly Appliances.
