Patrick was pleasant, and a real professional. He did excellent work and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend him

When Patrick came to my house to remove my sink and fill the holes behind it. I thought he did everything correctly. However I noticed roaches coming through the sink again. When I called him back to let him know that I am still noticing the same problem he was very rude to me on the phone and yelled I NOT COMING BACK UNLESS YOU PAY ME ANOTHER $381! I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. Because once I made a suggestion that the project was not correctly he starts yelling at you.

Litttle on the pricy side but he does a great job. Works well electrically

*(ATTENTION CONSUMERS MUST RESD)* I had hired Mr,Patrick from Heavenly Design for 2 projects , #1)Strip and polyurethane 3 rooms of wooden floors($1000) & #2) Shower rehab project cost ($1600) & miscellaneous jobs.Started 2nd week of July 2019. Work was started on a Wednesday (5hr wrk days )After two days ,3rd day a Friday was taken to do some other other job he had scheduled prior to mine.Came back following Monday 3rd week of July so called completed job without finishing touches (shower lock adjustment and 2 missing tiles on exterior of shower stall) .Had to go through Home Advisor to convince him to come back to finish final touches and he adamantly told Home Advisor Rep.Job was paid for and done..He only came back to finalize finishing touches after Strong Persuasion by Home Advisor and myself.After doing so I contracted him to come back following Monday for Range cover Installation and shaving of cabinet to fit refrigerator. Since he was to come back following Monday after weekend I reluctantly gave him a $20 tip for cost of gas for coming to finish project.But with intentions of paying him for installing four screwed Range Cover and shaving 1/4 in of cabinet for refrigerator space.Upon entering my property I inadvertently dropped $80 cash in $20s and after $10 minutes of searching I went to my surveillance system and noticed he had retrieved my $80 after getting out of car and then Boarding and driving off.I called him immediately after to se if he was nearby and let him know he was recordé on system retrieving my money.His response was he had already left and would see me that Monday (also pertaining to Money when that was only bought up after I let him know I saw when he p/u my money.I told him to take part of money to purchase Range hood.He surprisingly showed up with Range cover (guess I made him honest).After installing hood and shaving cabinet I asked how much I owed him he said we were square and that s when I gave him an additional $50 for his troubles on top of $40 left frm what he had retrieved .After this I thought we were fine and was intending on hiring him for future work after thinking I made him honest after finding my $ issue..Approx. a month later 8/15/19 after I had contacted Mr Patrick by phone and advised him about exterior window inside shower stall was not closing (gap of approx 1/4 in. open. His response was ,does window move,I responded yes ,he then says then window closes.My response to that was it did Mt close and if I tried any harder I would tare handle off window frame.He then promised to get back to me after DRs appointment and here it is today approx.1 week later 8/21/19 and several txt,email and voice msgs no response.Ive even reached out to Home Advisor again on this new issue & he has not responded.Mr.Patrick from Home Designs will do adequate small jobs but not great with big jobs.He doesn t believe in honoring warranties / Guaranties after taking your $ .I had been avoiding giving him a unsatisfactory review after his initial refusal to come finish finishing touches of shower job because as a God fearing person I believe in 2nd chances but this person ;Patrick from Heavenly Design apparently takes 2nd chances and good paying customers $ for granted .Unfortunately I had to write this bad review after giving him a couple of opportunities to save face but you cant change the stripes on a ZEBRA .If you hire you will be hiring at a huge risk.

The first AC is in the living room and was supposed to take the plastic covering and install it over the interior face of the machine; they put in on the exterior. He took that piece of plastic and put it on top of the machine, rolled up and not over anything. He made an attempt to cover up the holes but didn't the work correctly. Was very sloppy in his work. Very unprofessional and wanted to get finished with the job. He was paid $100 for the bad project, but the SP isn't willing to fix the issue.

I was very impressed with his ability to conform me from a nervous consumer to impressed with his " seeing the job done correctly proves his ability..attitude.. great job

Heavenly Design was not very reliable. He made me wait and cancelled on me. There was little communication.

Patrick is excellent. He takes the time to listen to the consumer, then gives helpful tips. He was professional, knowledgeable, on time and follows up. It is a pleasure working with him. I will continue to use him in the future for my many projects.

They started on time, finished on time, and the job was done nice.

Work was great, professional very knowledgeable, came the same day and got the work done.
