Garage Door Repair
He arrived to replace the spring that broke. Two days later the steel rail with the motor chain got ripped out of the wall and landed on top edge of garage door. Both cars got trapped in the garage, the door could not be raised. I called him to urgently fix it but he did not promise to come until the morning after. I needed my car early morning, and could not have both cars trapped in case of emergency. I called another company which fixed the problem, charged extra for urgency. Heavenly Garage Door refused to compensate me for my extra cost saying the destruction was completely unrelated. Avoid them like hell, not trustworthy.

I hired them for installing the gate motor for my gate door, and Yuval Cohen did the job, I highly recommend him. He is very professional and courteous and did a great job on my new gate motor.

Shay, the tech, came out on Sunday, at no additional charge. He was able to get the door open and I got my car out, and saved the day. The springs were custom so the job took an additional 2 days. I thought the total price was a bit high but considering I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, I was happy to pay the charge.

I asked him to come at 7 AM and he did. Also, there was a different part that was broken and he had the part with him and the whole repair took 30 minutes and the cost was more than reasonable
