    Shay, the tech, came out on Sunday, at no additional charge. He was able to get the door open and I got my car out, and saved the day. The springs were custom so the job took an additional 2 days. I thought the total price was a bit high but considering I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, I was happy to pay the charge.
