Termite Pest Control Service
Russell let me know he was available the day prior to our initially scheduled appointment. Since I was, as well, he came by and treated our home. He was fast, courteous, and explained details regarding our home's situation and how to help prevent similar insect/ant-related damage in the future.

The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about our rodent problem which was the reason for the call. Also got rid of an outdoor ant problem. The only negative was that bait for roaches/water bugs was only semi-effective.

The individual did not perform the work as requested or as he stated. The traps he set did not catch the intended animal and then we were left to occlude the animal from the house ourselves to be rid of the coon. He stated a time he would be by to get his traps and no showed. We called, no reply so far even though he told us to call anytime. He required payment in advance and caught no intended animal.
Response from Heavenly Pest Solutions
"Hello Anita. Yes we didn't catch anything up in the attic and when we met yesterday I would have had no problem adjusting the price with you. My normal pricing for trapping a raccoon is $289. That setting one trap and coming out to check the trap and removal. From my understanding your husband was going to do the enclosure work in the attic and you wanted traps in the attic and outside so I didn't believe I was going to have a lot of trips may be two, that's why I reduced the price down the $149. When we have spoken especially when I was going to pick up the traps if you would have asked me any questions about the price I would have gladly"
