I called and spoke with Bruce. He is extremely personable, affordable and most importantly he is fair-minded and professional. He removed dirt and grime from 4 small areas which was cleaned so well that the entire carpeting looked like new. I was so pleased and would recommend this service to everyone.

It was ok that the servicer was not able to remove the pet stains, not everyone can do that. However, something leaked from his machine that left an oil-like splatter stain on the carpet. He said it was there when he arrived however when he arrived, he was careful to point out all the stains and didn't mention that one because it wasn't there. The servicer said after two or three visits, the stain would probably come out. I gave him 5 customer service stars because he came on very short notice. I gave him .5 value star because, at this point, the beige carpet is ruined. We are in the process of trying Oxy-clean treatments to no avail.

"Sorry that you were not fully satisfied with my service. That is true what you said about the removal of pet stains. It's not a 100% guarantee every stain will come out. Fortunately, I do have a decent track record with removing stains of all types. In reference to my machine that cleans the carpet, I do not believe that my machine left a oil-like splatter because it has no oil that could leak. No mechanical parts are expose and is sealed. I would take full responsibility if I caused any damage to your carpet. I always tell my customers before I leave their home to call me if there are any issues. I never received a call. Call me please."

Heaven's Best was JUST what I was looking for. Professional, friendly, timely and efficient. Needed same day service. Called Heaven's Best that morning&they were at my front door that same afternoon! Phone etiquette was professional and warm. Gentlemen arrived&completed the job in a timely fashion. Initially had an appointment with another carpet cleaning company, but once i visited Heaven's Best website, read the reviews and spoke to Bruce on the phone personally to make an appointment, I canceled my initial appointment with the other carpet cleaning company. SO glad I followed my instincts&canceled initial appointment! WELL DONE GUYS! THNX!
