My 2 technicians came in looked around I said you probably can't get some of the spots out ( my carpet was a mess) Head Tech. said we got you, I said well okay than. My carpet look fantastic, in and out with no problem. Will be calling them back for another area.

Great customer service. Tom was unable to resolve chair cleaning issue and told me so before proceeding further. Only charged me for rug cleaning and did good clean up after. His honesty went a long way and the fact that he did not charge me for the chairs was impressive.

I had a 17-year-old oriental rug cleaned off-site, and Heaven's Best did a wonderful job. It had mold and cat accidents in a few places. The rug is like new. Already planning to have Heaven's Best clean a couple of upholstered pieces.

Great experience. Moved into a new carpeted townhome where the stairwell looked so awful I was considering renovating to wood. Heaven's best carpet cleaned them well and they looked like new. Even better, they dried quickly and there was no dampness or moisture in the house. Highly recommended.
