    I was first told 10 to noon. It got changed to 2 to 4. They showed up a 5 which would have been fine if I had no already burned 2 hours and I had to keep calling them for the show up time. The movers they sent were excellent and did a quick and very professional job. If they could get their time schedule correct, this would have been a 5 star move.

    Hi Jeff! So sorry that the miscommunication led to a less than stellar moving experience. We have looked into your claims. According to the agreed-upon proposal, it appears that the ETA was originally set for 2-4pm, and had not changed prior to the day of the move. Very sorry if you thought that you were scheduled for an earlier time slot, but unfortunately that specific time slot had been booked a week in advance. As for the delay, our notes do indicate that your moving crew was running behind that day, due to additional work added to the Work Order prior to yours. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence, but we strive to accommodate all of our customers even when there are additional items not originally mentioned. Our internal notes indicate that the managing supervisor stayed in constant communication with you to keep you abreast. For the delay, we offered an additional crew member- free of charge, as well as moving additional items for you not previously represented in the work order- again, free of charge. We'd like to discuss this further with you, as we are always trying to improve. Thank you again for the feedback!

    Tony, Carlos, Jose and Marcus were wonderful to work with. We have many large antiques and there isn t a scratch on them. Tony, the owner, kept us updated as the move before us took longer. They completed the job in less than 4 hours. Carlos set up our Sleep Number bed and TVs quickly. He knows what he s doing. Tony, Carlos and Jose did the lifting, wrapping furniture, etc. I highly recommend Heavy Movers! They worked hard and fast, and we tipped them accordingly. These young men are exceptional.

    They did an excellent job. We had a local move. Furniture (some very fragile) was wrapped and handled with care. Job was done in alotted time with no hassles. Would use them again and highly recommend them.

    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
